Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern sales made on the SQUISHY&CO website between:

  • the company publishing the website,
  • and any person making a purchase through the website.

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are presented as accurately as possible.

Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable under the regulations in force.

Delivery charges are stated before the order is confirmed.

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, with no effect on orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website forms a contract of sale as soon as payment is confirmed.

The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:

  • a previous dispute,
  • suspected fraud,
  • or incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.

The payment methods accepted are those offered at checkout:

  • debit and credit cards,
  • PayPal,
  • Apple Pay,
  • Google Pay,
  • or any other method displayed on the website.

Transactions are secured through the payment providers used by the shop.

6. Delivery

Products are dispatched within the times stated in the website's shipping policy.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned:

  • unused,
  • in its original packaging,
  • in perfect condition.

Return costs remain payable by the customer unless stated otherwise.

The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving and checking the return.

8. Non-refundable products

For reasons of hygiene or personalisation, certain products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • personalised products,
  • gift cards,
  • products that have been opened or used,
  • perishable products where applicable.

9. Warranties

Products benefit from the statutory warranties provided by French law:

  • the statutory warranty of conformity,
  • the warranty against latent defects.

10. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for:

  • misuse of the products,
  • indirect damage,
  • or a temporary interruption of the website.

11. Personal data

The data collected is necessary to process orders and manage the customer relationship.

It is never sold on to third parties.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
