Return and Refund Policy

At SQUISHY&CO, your satisfaction is our priority. Here are our return conditions, in compliance with French law.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason (articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

  1. Notify us by email at squishy.contactpro@gmail.com before the expiry of the 14-day period.
  2. Specify your order number and the product references.
  3. We will provide you with the return address within 24 to 48 hours.
  4. Ship the product(s) within 14 days following your notification.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All original elements must be present (labels, accessories, manual).
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except for defective or non-compliant products.
  • Send with tracked registered mail to prove receipt.

    • Refund

    After receipt and verification of the return, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method as used during the purchase. The refund covers the price of the product and the initial shipping costs (excluding return shipping costs).

    Defective or Non-Compliant Product

    If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transport, or not compliant with your order, contact us within 7 days at squishy.contactpro@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the problem
    • Photos of the received product and its packaging

    We will cover all costs (return + reshipment or refund), in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity.

    Exclusions

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to products such as:

    • Made-to-measure or personalized products
    • Unsealed after delivery if they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
    • Inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
