Delivery & Shipping
What are the delivery times?
Preparation 1-3 business days + delivery 8-15 business days. The vast majority of packages arrive in 8-12 days.
Where do you deliver?
Mainly mainland France. Corsica, overseas departments and territories, and some neighboring countries upon request.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, upon shipment (when the carrier allows), an email with a tracking link will be sent to you.
What if my package doesn't arrive?
Beyond 25 business days, contact us with your order number. We will open an investigation and find a solution (reshipment or refund).
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. Details can be found in our Return Policy.
The product received is defective. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will cover all costs (return + new shipment or refund).
How long does a refund take?
Up to 14 days after receipt of the return, via the same payment method.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all transactions go through Shopify Payments and its partners, which are PCI DSS certified.
Our Products
Are your products safe for children?
Our squishies are made of non-toxic PU foam or TPR. Recommended minimum age is 6 years (8 years for some stretchable products). Supervision is recommended for younger children: small parts may be present.
Do colors or designs sometimes vary?
For certain "random" or "mystery" models (Mystery Dumpling, Frog Burger), the exact design may vary within the same range. This is specified on the relevant product pages.
Are your products used in occupational therapy?
