Delivery & shipping

How long does delivery take?
Allow 8 to 10 calendar days between your order and delivery: 1 to 3 days of preparation, then around 7 days in transit. Every product page shows the estimated date window, calculated live.

Where do you deliver?
To France, the whole European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Costs are shown at checkout.

Is shipping free?
Yes, from €29, across every zone. Below that it is €2.90.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link, whenever the carrier provides one.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
Beyond 30 days, contact us with your order number. We open an enquiry and settle it: reshipment or refund.

Returns & refunds

Can I change my mind after ordering?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, no reason needed. Details in our Refund policy.

My item arrived faulty. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We cover every cost: return plus a replacement, or a refund.

How long does a refund take?
14 days at most after we receive the return, to the original payment method.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Is payment secure?
Yes. Every transaction goes through Shopify Payments and its partners, which are PCI DSS certified.

Our products

Are your products safe for children?
Our squishies are made from non-toxic PU foam or TPR. Recommended from 6 years old (8 years for some stretchy models). Supervision is advised for younger children: small parts may be present.

Do colours or designs vary?
On some "random" or "mystery" models (Mystery Dumpling, Frog Burger), the exact design can vary within the same range. This is stated on the product pages concerned.

Which ones are best for keeping your hands busy?
