General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between SQUISHY&CO, the website publisher, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any person making a purchase on this site, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer". Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 — Products
The products offered are squishies and anti-stress sensory toys. Each product page presents the essential characteristics: description, photos, prices including VAT, options. Photos are provided for illustrative purposes and may show slight variations from the product delivered (particularly regarding the colours of random models).
SQUISHY&CO markets its products by relying on a network of referenced international suppliers (known as the "dropshipping" model). Products are shipped directly from the partner supplier's warehouse. The Customer is informed that shipping and delivery times take this arrangement into account (see Article 7).
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Delivery costs are specified before final order validation. SQUISHY&CO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of validation.
Article 5 — Order
The Customer places an order by selecting products, validating their cart, entering their delivery details, and making payment. The order becomes firm upon payment confirmation. A summary email is sent to the Customer. SQUISHY&CO reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (out of stock, unauthorised payment, suspicion of fraud).
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Transactions are secured via the Shopify Payments provider and its partners, compliant with PCI DSS.
Article 7 — Delivery
Times: Shipped within 1 to 3 days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time between 8 and 10 calendar days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping costs: Indicated during order validation.
Tracking: Email with tracking number upon shipment (when permitted by the carrier).
Delay: In accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an abnormal delay, the Customer may request termination of the contract if delivery does not occur within a reasonable additional period.
Receipt: The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any anomaly within 3 days.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. See the Return Policy for details.
Article 9 — Legal Guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery. SQUISHY&CO will, at the Customer's choice, repair or replace the product, free of charge.
Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code): 2 years from discovery of the defect. Choice between cancellation of the sale or a price reduction.

These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
