Delivery Zones

We currently ship to mainland France. Corsica, French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), and neighboring countries are also served under certain conditions (adjusted fees and delivery times). For any specific requests, please contact us.

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Order Preparation: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Estimated Delivery: 8 to 15 business days after shipment

This means an estimated total time of 9 to 18 business days between order and receipt. The vast majority of packages arrive within 8-12 days.

Why these delays?

SQUISHY&CO works with a network of verified international suppliers (dropshipping model). This allows us to offer a wide catalog at affordable prices. In return, delivery times are longer than shipping from a national warehouse. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are indicated when you confirm your order, before payment. Free shipping may be offered under specific conditions (minimum amount, promotions).

Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the carrier allows.

Delays and Incidents

In case of an abnormal delay (beyond 25 business days without news), contact us at squishy.contactpro@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and quickly find a solution (reshipment or full refund).

Damaged or Undelivered Package

If the package is damaged upon receipt, refuse it or make reservations with the delivery person, then contact us immediately with photos. We will cover the replacement or full refund.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete address. Any address error attributable to the Customer may result in additional reshipment fees.
