Where we ship
We ship to France, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Costs and availability are shown at checkout, before you confirm. For a destination outside these areas, please contact us before ordering.
Timescales
- Preparation: 1 to 3 days after payment is confirmed
- Transit: around 7 days
- Total estimated time: 8 to 10 calendar days from order to delivery
These timescales are given in calendar days, weekends included. It is the same window shown on every product page, where the estimated date is calculated live. Most parcels arrive in the first half of that window.
Why these timescales?
SQUISHY&CO works with a network of vetted international suppliers (dropshipping model). That is how we keep a wide catalogue at accessible prices. In exchange, delivery takes longer than a dispatch from a national warehouse. We would rather quote a window we can hold than a promise we cannot keep.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, whenever the carrier provides one.
Delays and incidents
If your parcel is abnormally late (beyond 30 calendar days with no news), email us at squishy.contactpro@gmail.com with your order number. We open an enquiry with the carrier and settle it quickly: reshipment or full refund.
Damaged or undelivered parcel
If the parcel arrives damaged, refuse it or note reservations with the courier, then contact us straight away with photos. We cover the replacement or a full refund.
Delivery address
Please give a correct and complete address. Any address error on the customer's side may incur additional reshipment costs.
