Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Mainland France

  • Standard delivery: 8 to 15 working days
  • Express delivery (where available): 24 to 48 hours

Europe

  • Standard delivery: 8 to 12 working days

Rest of the world

  • Standard delivery: 5 to 15 working days

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or on logistics conditions.

Delivery charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:

  • the destination country,
  • the weight of the parcel,
  • the delivery method selected.

Delivery may be free above a certain order value, which is shown directly on the website.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can then follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

Carriers we use

We work with established carriers such as:

  • La Poste / Colissimo
  • Chronopost
  • Mondial Relay
  • DHL
  • UPS

The carrier used depends on your location and on the delivery method chosen.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or exceptional circumstances.

If a parcel is lost or damaged:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery,
  • attaching photos of the parcel and of the product concerned.

We look at every case individually in order to offer a suitable solution.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information given when ordering.

If an error in the delivery address causes the parcel to be returned, reshipping charges may be invoiced.

Taxes and customs charges

For international orders, customs charges or local taxes may apply according to the regulations of the destination country.

These charges remain payable by the customer.
